Star-washed Sand-splash Inspired by Owen Maresh

This piece is a grid of colorful circular disks that begin deterministically with a form taken on my complex mathematical operations; then, the discs change color over time. The animation selects random disks to recolor, making the grid dynamic and unique every few milliseconds.
